Shipping & Returns

DELIVERY TIMES

  • Delivery of your order will be handled by our delivery agent.
  • We do our best to dispatch orders within 24 hours Tuesday to Friday. Generally speaking, any order that is placed before 2pm Tues-Fri should be picked up by our delivery partner that day. Any time after 2pm it will be picked up by our delivery partner the next working day. 
  • Within the North Island, normal delivery times can range from 2-4 working days, depending on location. 
  • Allow for longer delivery to rural areas and to the South Island (additional 2-3 days on top of normal delivery times). 
  • Any orders placed on a Friday after 3pm will be processed and dispatched on Monday (unless Monday is a public holiday and it will be processed the following day). 

TRACKING SHIPMENTS 

    • When your order has been picked up by our delivery partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include a tracking number.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or defective.
  • In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, please contact info@pureone.co.nz with a photo showing said damage. We'll do our best to investigate and find a fitting solution for the issue. 
  • You must notify us within one week of delivery if your order is damaged or defective. 
  • Pure One cannot be held responsible for any products that are lost or stolen following delivery, as a result of choosing a delivery option. 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • The quality of our water is of the utmost importance to us. We want to ensure that all of our customers are happy with the products that they receive. If for some reason, you are not fully satisfied with your order you can put through a return and refund request. 
  • Return and refund requests must be actioned within one week of delivery. 
  • Only one bottle from the respective case should be opened, anything other than that will deem the return and refund to be void. 
  • Please send an email to info@pureone.co.nz. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and provide a fitting solution.
  • Payment for returned shipping is the receiver's responsibility.
