Our misson.

An ancient source, protected with purpose.

At Pure One, we believe water should be understood, not just consumed. Every natural source reflects the place it comes from and the journey it has taken.

Deep beneath Mount Taranaki lies our ancient artesian aquifer, where the water has been naturally protected and shaped over tens of thousands of years.

Defined by time and geology. Shared with care and purpose.

Continuing the story.

Since 2001, Pure One has remained family owned and independently operated.

Every bottle reflects decades of care for our source, from protecting the aquifer to bottling at the source where the water naturally emerges.

While our methods continue to evolve, our philosophy remains unchanged: respect the source, share it thoughtfully, and never compromise on quality.

Refill & Re-use.

To help reduce single-use packaging, we operate an in-store refill programme that encourages customers to reuse their containers.

Nationwide, our online refill system allows customers to return empty Pure One containers for refilling - a more sustainable way to enjoy premium mineral water across New Zealand.

We also use recyclable glass bottles and sustainable packaging materials for our online orders wherever practical.

More than water. A source with meaning.

We’re not just a water company, we’re custodians of a natural source. Everything we do begins with understanding where our water comes from, how it is shaped, and how it can be shared responsibly.

As a family-owned business, we recognise that sustainability is an ongoing journey. We are continually reviewing our operations and looking for opportunities to further reduce our environmental impact while protecting the long-term integrity of our water source.

Because when you understand your water, you experience it differently.

Every bottle has a beginning.

Ours begins beneath Mount Taranaki.

Protected by nature. Shared with purpose.

Thank you for taking the time to discover our source.

We hope every bottle offers a deeper appreciation for the water inside.
