Our online refill service allows you to return your existing Pure One container to us in New Plymouth, where we'll refill it with our New Zealand mineral water and arrange delivery back to your door.

We've slightly reduced our online refill pricing to help make returning and reusing your Pure One containers more accessible.

How it works

01. Order your refill.

Select the number of container(s) you'd like refilled and add them to your cart.

The price shown includes your mineral water refill and the cost of shipping your empty container(s) back to us.

Once you've entered your delivery address at checkout, the shipping cost for returning your freshly refilled container(s) to you will be calculated automatically.

02. Prepare your container(s).

Before sending your container(s) back:

• Remove the tap and securely replace the bung.

• Thoroughly clean your container(s). Rinsing with water alone is not sufficient - check out our FAQs for more information on cleaning.

03. Return your container(s).

Once we've received your order, we'll email you a return shipping label along with instructions for booking your collection.

Simply print the label, attach it securely to your container(s) and arrange collection.

04. We refill and return.

Once your container(s) arrives at Pure One, we'll refill it with our New Zealand mineral water and arrange delivery back to you.

Important information

Our online refill service is available for existing Pure One containers only. You must already own a container to purchase this refill.

The service is currently available to eligible non-rural North Island addresses only. Unfortunately, rural and South Island deliveries are not supported.

You'll need access to a printer to print your return shipping label.

Please ensure your container is thoroughly cleaned before returning it.
