Ready for a top-up? Before sending your 20L container(s) back, please read through the following.

Select the correct number of container(s) you’re wanting to send back for refills.

The price shown includes your refill cost plus the shipping cost to send your empty container(s) from your location to us.

Once you’ve added your item(s) to the cart and entered your address, the system will automatically update with the return shipping cost - that’s the delivery of your freshly refilled container(s) back to you.

After we’ve received your order, we’ll generate a return label and email it to you. Simply print out the label and attach it securely to your container(s). This email will also include instructions on how to book your collection.

Please note: Unfortunately, refills are not available if your location is rural or in the South Island. 

You must have access to a printer to print out the return label.

Before sending, please make sure you’ve:

Removed the tap and securely placed the bung back in.

Thoroughly cleaned your container(s). (Simply rinsing with water isn’t enough - please check our FAQ for detailed cleaning instructions.)
